June is actually a good amount of time to do many things to reach your goal. I would shy way from things like pills to help because our bodies are natural and to think that something like a little pill or drugs which is totally unnatural to be able to help defies all logic and common sense. If you want it badly enough you will overcome the pain to achieve results so just put in the work nd win this battle!
References :
http://www.bestweightlossprogramtoday.com/go/the-diet-solution-program/

Schools can replace all or most of the canteen food with healthy options so they could replace chicken burger with tuna salad for example. Individuals can aim to eat 5 portions of fruit and veg a day and exercise for at least 30 minutes a day. The government can put a higher price up on junk food, therefore tempting more people to buy healthy food as it would become cheaper than it is now.

The reason why people don't care about a healthy lifestyle, is that junk food like burger and chips is quick and a convenience, as healthy meals takes time to prepare. Same with exercise maybe being time consuming and they have a busy schedule to be able to fit it all in.
References :
As an educated athlete (figure skater) who is pursuing a degree in Biology, I have to tell you that SOME products can help give you a boost in energy levels making more likely that you will exercise, but you must be careful because some products may make you jittery and some don't work in any way at all. If you are not 18 yet, talk to your parents about this before you even think of getting diet pills, they have a right to know what you're doing and put a stop to it if they don't agree. If you are over 18, carefully look at the label for the ingredients and research information on those ingredients before you buy anything or you increase the odds that you'll waste money. Stick to medical websites such as the MayoClinic, WebMD, etc. for current information. Google the ingredient name with the medical website name and see what comes up. What does not work for others might work for you and vice versa.

For instance, caffeine is often used as an energy booster and EGCG found in green tea is believed to reduce appetite and increase the speed of your metabolism. Some people say that you can get caffeine in coffee or other drinks, there are a lot of people who don't like the taste of these drinks and find a pill easier to use. There is also a benefit to making sure you get EGCG because of it's anti-oxidant properties. Again there are many people who can't stand the taste of green tea and find it easier to take in pill form. You really have to inform yourself on diet pills, don't listen to me or anyone else to make your choice for you. You MUST read up on this stuff and ask a doctor if you are beginning a new exercise program or are on any medications.

Every person's body is different. The person telling you no diet pills will help, may have never even tried any or might have chosen things that didn't work. Then there are people who expect the pills to do all the work and hope to continue bad habits while expecting to lose weight, which never happens. A small number of diet pills may help you get a boost of losing a few pounds but there is no guarantee that every pill will work. What I can personally recommend is the Special K diet if you're looking for a kick start of your weight loss efforts, longer term you may wish to make use of something like Resveratrol Select because it has some caffeine in it and also contains the green tea extract EGCG. I wouldn't recommend Alli because of the notorious side effects.
References :
http://express10.hubpages.com/hub/How-To-Get-Swimsuit-Ready

The best way to do this is to go to a website called choosemyplate.gov. There, they have all the tools you need to plan your weight loss. They have a tool, specifically, where you input your height, weight, age, and whether you're looking to lose, gain, or maintain your current weight. Once you do that and create an account, it will provide you with your current BMI (body mass index) and create for you a personalized food pyramid guide that will tell you what kinds of foods to eat and how much of it your need in order to reach your goals. There are also food diaries as well as exercise diaries to track your progress (it will even tell you which nutrients you are getting enough of, getting too much of, or getting too little of in your food diary, so you can be healthier on the inside as well as looking it on the outside). The best part is that all of it is free!

I don't personally think that your current weight to height ratio is a problem (I am pretty sure your BMI falls in the healthy range), but you need to also keep in mind that dieting alone is not a healthy way to achieve your weight loss goals. Good general advice for anyone looking to lose weight is to take in about 1500-1800 calories per day--depending upon your activity level--consisting of a wide variety of healthy foods (fruits, veggies, whole grains, lean meats, low-fat and fat-free dairy, and healthy fats like omega 3, 6, and 9). It is also important to get moderate to strenuous exercise for 30 minutes at least 5 days a week to lose weight.
